C. Kotzen and Associates was established in 1994 in Johannesburg, and are registered and affiliated with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA), and the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT).
